Joseph Cincotta, President/CEO: Joe brings over twenty-five years of Management and Technology experience to DoubleCheck. Joe founded DoubleCheck by acquiring the S-O Comply software business from onProject inc and combining the development talent and technology from OmniE Labs Inc., the development company of S-O Comply. OmniE, co-founded by Joe in 2000, specialized in software design and development. As CEO of OmniE, Joe assembled a highly skilled software development team that provided complex software solutions in the area of financial administration & management, HIPAA compliance and workflow management. In 1996 prior to OmniE, Joe founded a software start-up, Kobixx Systems LLC, and conceived, developed and marketed one of the first web based learning management and publishing systems. This award winning software application was adapted by companies and publishers in North America and Japan to provide on-line learning and licensed content delivery. Kobixx Systems was acquired in late 1999. Prior to Kobixx, Joe held senior positions with various companies with responsibilities encompassing Operations, Sales and Sales Management and Executive Management. Joe started his career in 1980 with HCM Graphic Systems, a division of Seimens Electronic. HCM was a pioneer and leader in the field of electronic publishing and digital printing.
Joe lives in NJ on a small farm and is married with two daughters in college. He enjoys his animals, sports and the outdoors.

Jeff Farr, Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing: Jeff brings over 17 years of Executive level Sales and Marketing experience to DoubleCheck. Prior to Jeff becoming a founding member of the DoubleCheck team, he held the position of Sr. Vice President of Sales for PointClear, an industry leading Direct Marketing Sales organization. Jeff has held Senior level sales and sales management positions with companies such as Boston Scientific, KnowledgePlanet, NCO Group and Executrain. As Global Director of Business Development and Technology for Executrain Jeff was responsible for developing a web based Strategy for content learning management. Jeff joined Joe and Tim and the Kobixx Systems team in 1997 where he led sales for Kobixx and later for Knowledgesoft, the acquiring company. Jeff brings DoubleCheck a blend of disciplined sales management experience and entrepreneurial business development skill. In the last several years Jeff launched and aquired multiple Curves franchise locations in Georgia and Alabama that he ultimately sold. Jeff, is accomplished in the Miller-Heiman sales methodology and is a certified instructor for both Strategic & Conceptual Selling. He is a graduate of Cortland State University.
Tim J. Ihde, Chief Technology Officer: Tim has over 17 years of software development experience with companies such as OmniE Labs, AT&T Bell Laboratories, Bellcore, NYNEX Science & Technology Group, Unix System Labs. Tim was Chief Scientist of KnowledgeSoft, Inc., where he conceived, designed, and implemented a multi-threaded distributed object framework used to model ERP environments. As Chief Scientist at Kobixx Systems, he led development (1995) of one of the first successful web-based subscription model content delivery systems.
Paul Fine, Director of Marketing: Paul has held senior Marketing positions at companies such as Landmann USA, Nestle and Pillsbury. Paul’s industry experiences range from OTC Drugs and Food to Fundraising and BBQ Grills. At Pillsbury, Paul led the development and introduction of the first line of microwaveable cake mixes in the industry. He left the Corporate world to run his own Marketing consulting business for ten years. He also worked with Jeff Farr as a Business Development executive at PointClear, focusing on providing Sales Opportunity Management solutions for hi-tech firms. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Paul lives in Atlanta with his wife and all the pets his two daughters left behind when they moved out, including a dog, rabbit and frog. His pet peeve is poor customer service.
