Do you offer a hosted service?

Yes, we offer SAS 70/SSAE 16 compliant hosted/SaaS implementations.

Can I host the product on my own Server in-house?

Yes.

I want to migrate from a different software solution. Can you help with that?

Yes, we have substantial experience in migrating solutions from other environments. Our solution offers highly configurable workflows and highly configurable reporting capabilities.

Since we are able to readily import data from a broad range of systems, our customers find the migrations straightforward, practical and relatively low impact.

I have my own historical data. Can I import that into the system?

Yes. We can import any reasonably structured data into the system.

Will I have to re-type all my spreadsheet data into some forms to get started?

No. We have import tools that allow us to read in virtually any reasonably structured spreadsheet based data.

Do I have to use the entire Suite or can I use just the parts that I think I need? If I decide to use more parts of the tool later, do I have to start over?

You may use any or all elements of the Suite at any time. Most users start with one specific area and then, over time, include additional areas.

Adding new areas do not require starting over. Any information, workflows, reports, etc. can be leveraged across the solution, consistent with the information access controls you specify.

We have some unique processes in our business (such as different levels of review depending on nature or size of issue/finding) – can the workflows be configured to support multiple, situation dependent processes?

Yes. One of the strengths of our system is the ability to configure workflows to match the needs of your specific enterprise. This does not require custom development. It’s simply straightforward configuration as part of the provisioning process.

We have multiple ways of structuring our projects. For example, Audit focused on Control Objectives, Controls and Tests and Compliance focused on Processes, Risks, Controls and Assessments. Can your system handle different structures like this?

Yes. One of the strengths of our system is the ability to configure program structures to match the varying needs of different areas of your enterprise. This does not require custom development. It’s simply straightforward configuration as part of the provisioning process.

Does your Platform perform traditional Audit Work Paper automation functions?

Yes. It includes planning, scheduling, time tracking, archiving, complete activity logs, review management and more.

Can we link our Audit Control Objectives and Tests to Policies? Risks?

Yes. Any and all items can be linked for operational reasons (e.g., sharing test or assessment results) or reporting reasons (e.g., did the Audit appropriately cover all identified risks).

Can I perform both Control Self-Assessments (CSA) and direct testing of SOX controls within your Platform?

Yes. You can even do self-assessments and direct testing on the same Control, if deemed appropriate.

Can my testers execute tests if they are off-site without network connectivity?

Yes. When the testers regain connectivity and reconnect with the system, all their off-line work will be uploaded and all work/data across the system synchronized.

Am I limited to a pre-configured set of reports? Can I create customized reports easily?

You may have as many reports as you like. We have a standard set of reports, plus a set of tools that allow you to create customized reports on an ongoing basis.

What type of after-sale customer and technical support do you provide?

We provide a broad set of support capabilities as part of our standard solution. Every client gets a named customer service person, plus technical solution support standard.
