Preparation
Our Clients are provided the people and experience to ensure a successful implementation and migration of your data.

Our Clients are assigned a dedicated DoubleCheck Implementation Manager who:

•	Helps client to determine their organization structure, application users, and significant data.
•	Helps client customize their software to their specific needs.  Includes setting up data field values in the vocabulary unique to client.
•	Converts client significant data into the application database (Accounts, Process, Risks, Controls, Documents, and any other associated data properties). Clients are ensured fast, reliable data conversion - even when assembling data from many existing documents and spreadsheets.
•	Reviews completed database with client for quality purposes.
•	Delivers the finalized application database to client with all modules, documentation, and license keys.
•	Provides transition for client with other DoubleCheck professionals on training, ongoing support, and any customized needs (reports, workflows, etc.).
