S-O Comply™ was introduced in 2003 and is a proven solution for targeted SOX-type
compliance needs (SOX, J-SOX, ML 52-109, Model Audit Rule). The DoubleCheck™ SOX+AT
product starts with the compliance core of our GRC&T Enterprise Solution, DoubleCheck v2.0,
plus the integration of both manual and automated test features. This upgradeable product
is focused against companies that are seeking a cutting edge SOX solution but are not yet
ready to pursue a full Enterprise GRC solution.
The DoubleCheck™ GRC&T Enterprise Solution is a risk centric set of key modules
that bridge the material requirements of Controls Framework Compliance to GRC Management
with Controls Testing administration. It has an administration and data repository
component at its core, including a complete set of vital tools, dashboards, systems and
information reporting options. The IT-GRC&T Solution shares the same core functionality
of the GRC&T Enterprise Solution, but is focused against the unique requirements of IT,
such as a CobIT framework.
The DoubleCheck™/Novell® IT-GRC&T Solution starts with the DoubleCheck GRC&T Enterprise
Solution, but with the integration of Novell's Identity Manager and Novell Sentinel,
offers the added benefits of Automated IT Monitoring, Testing and Administration (automated
Segregation of Duties, Security Incident Event Management). Other modules can be added to
any of our GRC&T solutions to provide Enterprise Risk Management, Continuous Controls
Monitoring and Automated Financial Controls testing.
All of the DoubleCheck™ solutions are highly scalable, thus suitable for small and
large organizations alike. DoubleCheck products enable the unification of governance, risk,
